A lifetime resident of Jefferson County, Texas, Molly Mallet began her real estate related career as a Realtor, then property manager, before joining Port Arthur Abstract & Title Company in the early ’90s.

In 2000, Molly became Executive Vice President of Port Arthur Abstract. Molly and the other members of the management team founded a subsidiary, Southeast Texas Title Company, to better serve Beaumont and other areas of the county. In 2008, after years of managing both title companies and with the goal of providing more comprehensive and personal services over a greater area, Molly and her longtime friend and colleague, Ken Whitlow, partnered to consolidate both title companies’ operations and staff by forming Texas Regional Title. 

Molly holds the prestigious CESA designation by the Texas Land Title Association as a Certified Escrow Settlement Associate and is widely recognized as being among the most capable and experienced commercial escrow officers.
 
Molly lives in Port Arthur, Texas, with her husband of over 35 years, Danny. They have a daughter, Kim, and son, Joey, and four beloved grandchildren.
