JUSTIN SHEFFIELD
Chief Operations Officer

​Justin Sheffield began his professional career serving the residents of Southeast Texas in the banking industry in 2004.  He most recently joined Texas Regional Title as their Chief Operations Officer in October 2021.
 
Mr. Sheffield graduated in 2004 from Texas A&M University in College Station with a degree in Economic and a minor in Business.  He started his banking career with Wells Fargo bank in 2004 and then moved to Mobiloil Credit Union in 2011.  Prior to leaving Mobiloil Credit Union Mr. Sheffield managed 5 different lending departments as the Vice President of Lending. He implemented efficiencies throughout his departments and helped to grow the credit union’s loan portfolio from $265 million in 2011 to where it is today at $748 million. Justin also attended Southwest CUNA Management School  (SCMS) to further enhance his leadership skills and professional development, 

After 17 years in the banking, Mr. Sheffield decided to transition to the title industry to learn from two of Southeast Texas best, Ken Whitlow and Molly Mallet.

Justin lives in Sour Lake, TX with his wife, Renee.  They have three sons – Rider, Liam, and Easton.
