An Air Quality Engineer designed our system, which has state-of-the-art ActivePure technology, which was developed by NASA for the Space Station. That same technology is now also used in the Pentagon and other governmental offices, hotels, professional athletic facilities, schools, chemical/industrial facilities, offices and homes.
We have several different types of purification units in our offices, which do slightly different things that complement each other, but all are Active Pure. Some are multi-stage filters, i.e. traditional features like dust particle, HEPA and charcoal filters coupled with ActivePure, others are just ActivePure generators.
When microscopic oxygen and water molecules in the air enter our purification units, they pass through the ActivePure honeycomb matrix (see attached diagram). While inside the matrix, the molecules are ionized or transformed into friendly, yet powerful, oxidizers. When they’re released back into the air, the supercharged ActivePure molecules seek and rapidly destroy contaminants, fungi, mold, bacteria and viruses on flooring, upholstered items, furniture, desks, keyboards, telephones, door handles, etc., destroying allergens, dust mites, odors, and contaminants - even in hard-to-reach cracks and crevasses.

Cardinal Closing Room
In order to better protect our customers, while also giving them peace of mind, we’ve dedicated our Beaumont office’s Lamar-themed closing room for contact-less closings, which we've named our Cardinal Closing Room. We’ve recently installed a separate outside entrance/exit door so customers who choose that extra degree of isolation can proceed from their cars directly into our Cardinal Closing Room, bypassing our lobby and eliminating all contact with staff or other customers. With advance scheduling, we’ll have those customers’ closing documents pre-arranged on the closing table and marked for signatures. When finished with the signing process, customers will notify our staff that they’re ready for our notary publics to take required notary acknowledgments through a glass wall, all without any personal contact between our closing staff and customers. Customers may then exit directly to their cars, with scanned document copies later emailed to them for their files.
We have the perfect solution for you if you don’t want to get out of your car. Contact your closer for the use of our new Curbside Closing Area! Social distancing and less personal contact, rain or shine, it’s still closing time!
